Our History Values
With values based on human relationships, nature, happiness, and living in the present, the owners are passionate about travel and outdoor activities. They love to share and showcase their natural environment, namely the Mauricie National Park and its surroundings.
The forests are pure, rejuvenating, and the lakes are warm in the summer season. The brother-sister duo has been based in St-Mathieu-du-Parc for almost forever and knows how to enjoy every nook of greenery that surrounds them. In the winter season, when everything is quieter, they take the opportunity to travel the world in search of new experiences and ideas to bring back to Quebec to improve their services offered to visitors. It all started with a vision and a ‘mother-daughter’ partnership in which the whole family put a bit of themselves. The youngest of the family has since joined the adventure.
Suzanne, an exceptional businesswoman with a smile that you instantly warm to, bequeathed all these beautiful projects and creations to her children in the summer of 2020 due to terminal cancer.
Mélody, the current main manager, has visited over 70 countries in the past few years, and her knowledge of different cultures positively contributes to her friendly and personalized welcome.
Tom , his brother, is a curious and open-minded man. His manual skills are an asset for the maintenance and improvement of our accommodations. His charming welcome guides travelers to the best places in the region.
